This was a very interesting topic. I actually found myself lost in the debate between what is and is not constitutional. I will keep my opinions on this subject for another blog.
I had a hard time finding student appropriate articles like I said most articles were for or against some constitutional issue and not on the spacific day. After narrowing my search a bit I was able to find the following information. No results were found for Constitution Day 2013
